My mom passed away last week. I know I mentioned her wanting to hear a Beyonce rock album as she has anticipated it for years, and I'm so sad she didn't get to hear it before she passed (if that's wha

I really hope we get it soon. My mom loves Beyonce, and her favorite genre is rock, she is SO excited. She just got diagnosed with terminal cancer, and I really hope she gets to hear the album while

Fyi:

First Look -> she was wearing a crystallized skeleton bodice (Renaissance) while being wrapped in beige ostrich feathers (Cowboy Cartet) that slowly faded into a greyish/black fantasy.

Second Look -> shes completely engulfed in a black fantasy (Act3)

OH MOTHER, the storytelling of it all

It's a lot of look and it takes time to digest. You don't know where to look at first but it's a grand look and she pulls it off. It would overpower most but she handled it well. Plus it being Olivier Rousteing after they worked so many years together is a great nod.

The sheer size of that cape and in feathers is so delicious, a throwback to the purple feathers in 2012 but even bigger. Appropriate hair for that cape. Loved the headpiece, it forces you to look at that face. Make up great, hopefully the skeleton means something with rock. The jewelry is gorgeous but kind of gets lost. I wish the look was shot with a black background.

Great night for her, shes making headlines left and right. Blue looked gorgeous.

Beyoncé Proclaims Cowboy Carter Is Over at the 2026 Met Gala

Her gown features a rhinestone-embellished skeleton.

That headline has been handled by her team me thinks celestial5

So MUCH press. National radio in the Netherlands talking only about her appearance and even playing a snippet of that horribly done interview, sorry La La.

I didn't expect her to pull such great, campy looks. During public appearances, her fashion usually tends to be much more conventional than in her art (booklets, interludes, etc.). Not this time around, thank god.

It's hard not to picture Blue on the runway in the coming years!

Who knows what she will do - and I know Bey wants to protect her kids.

But, you cannot deny that girl is a star! She looked absolutely stunning and age appropriate too. clap3

This is literally the best case scenario -> she looked great, the reception is positive only, she once again felt like a celebrity around celebrity making her the Queen of the night (her aura is just off the charts), she was cute and endearing in the interview.. we won jonny2

Interview was weak but i don't know if we can blame the interviewer as maybe Bey was strict ahead of time what could be asked.

She could easily do a little tease for music. She takes the secretive thing way too far rip

As for the look.... Its not bad but something is off about the look. Something is stopping it from looking cohesive.

Her attendance is the tease. She doesnt attend nor Co-hosts such event for the fun of it. And people + the industry are aware of that.

Both looks feel like representing all acts at once.

Nah, the first one, to me, is a farewell to Rennie and Cowboy Carter (with a transition to Act3) whereas the second look is the introduction of Act3 (her literally wrapped up in black).

i feel like the reception online is extremely positive, everyone likes/loves the look and loves her being there, calling it a great comeback etc clap3

Once she uploads the Robert Wun look and the afterparty look, it's time to remove the "act ii Cowboy Carter". Just in time for that single release + Vogue cover on Thursday. Let's go Bey!

I think the skeleton is a clear nod to rock and metal, she never uses "edgy" imagery of that nature.

Great reception online. The hate is always loud but it's being drowned out by people here for it clap3 excited for Act 3

The though of ACT III being her Rumours + Hybrid TheoryWAP
