Have you used peptides before?

Featured Replies

Have you and which ones? :celestial5:

I wanna try them, Im sick of working out with minimal results, time to cheat my way out. :celestial5:

Yes, and they are effective in a step-up method, but you can honestly save your money and use a combo of CeraVe oil-free moisturizer + fragrance-free Neutrogena retinol and undereye serum + hyaluronic acid + LRP daily spf to achieve similar (tbh, better) effects.

Copper peptides are great if your skin can't handle retinol

lol I think the OP is asking about collagen or casein peptides for bulking  and the first response is talking about skin care and anti aging.

I used ipamorelin for a while. There were results, but it's expensive and dosing it around meals while still trying to hit macro goals is a huge pain. I personally wouldn't do them again

yes but I quickly switched for retinol, my skin react well with it so it's perfect, but try peptides first for a while and then switch to retinol, unless you're like 25 and under

I didn't even read the OP. I just saw peptides in the title and figured this was another skincare thread since everyone wastes their money on those peptides.

:suburban:

And I just use a ton of protein (I'm a vegetarian) and creatine. It has helped me keep the muscle on.

LOL yeah you're right

I never tried peptides but I use creatine and since I started I saw really good results, I kinda reached a plateau after years of training but once I put creatine in my routine I was able to gain muscle even more again, so if you work out strongly and you have discipline at the gym and always lift heavier and heavier and add some creatine (don't forget to drink water) you will have good results for sure

What do mean by dosing around meals? Like you can't eat before or after?

also I heard w roids you kind of lose your gains if you go off them. Do you feel like that happened w peptides? Or were you able to keep your gains?

further proof that ATRLers wont read more than a thread's title :deadbanana:

YOU WERE

I need to stop putting so much effort into my OPs, it's obvious 90% of people on here don't read the post only the title.

The ipamorelin + CJC combo product I took needs to be taken on an empty stomach and you can't eat for like an hour after using it. I got up to dosing it three times a day so 3 injections being spaced between meals while I was also trying to eat 3500 calories was torturous :gaycat6:

I was able to keep most of my gains but they weren't super dramatic to begin with. I got far more significant results from steroids :foot: (though obviously they are much riskier)

ok joe rogan

This peptide propaganda being marketed as the newest thing for people thinking they're gonna gain 15lb+ of muscle mass by using them when all the influencers pushing them are actively on testosterone (the main source of their gains)
