    Circus is a pretty mid Britney album, the singles are stone cold classics but the rest is pretty middling, not as good as any of the ones before it and I enjoy Femme Fatale more. It was her first album to feel like a label project rather than something she had a real hand in. The Fame is a classic album, simple as that. I'm not too familiar with the Circus tour, but The Fame ball was very cool for the budget and resources she had at that moment. The Fame has better singles but that's bc they are 4 of the best pop songs at the same time. I would rank the singles like this:

    Sorry is this a joke? The Frame is a classic album that was a breath of fresh air to the music industry during that time while Circus is a complete rip off of Aguilera Back to Basics era aesthetics done poorly which isn't talked about enough. 
     

    Circus album sounds rush & demos from Blackout era. It's pretty obvious Britney didn't care to record the album with her poor vocals delivery on most of the songs. She sounds like AI on Womenizer :deadbanana4:

    I've only heard Womanizer and the title track from Circus so The Fame wins by default. Most people from my generation would say the same probably.
