She should lock herself with Fiona Apple, Clarence Clarity, Tetsuya Komuro and Angèle for three months in a secluded island. We need that perfect balance of minimalism and maximalism for a genre blending masterpiece

I would love an experimental psychedelic pop/rock album from her next. Taylor has it in her to still release great music. I feel like she's just complacent because she knows that she can release the safest record ever and will still sell and that's…fine but do something with that. She needs to get weird and experiment with new producers and sounds. Even though I enjoyed it, I wasn't excited for Showgirl at all when she announced it because I knew we weren't going to get any thing new and Max Martin wasn't going to push her in the way that she needs to be. She's not really talking about anything interesting anymore. I'm not the type of person who feels like every album an artist releases should be groundbreaking and innovative, but if you're just rehashing the same thing with the same producers in the same note then…... You're way too huge of an artist and WAY too talented to regress like this.

 

Taylor needs to rest. I feel like a long break

would be good for her after DEBUT

A pivot into alt/rock.  Would also love for her to go back into fictional storytelling and make a concept album of different characters or something.
