Album is done. Coming early next year. Some cool collabs are on the way. Dom dolla, Rose Gray, Uffie. A few videos have been filmed this year for the album.

where are you getting this information from?... The BMG thing came from some fans in the know/who are in regular contact with her team on Spice Circle...

Actually ignore me. It is Universal - I just clicked on the 'pre-save' link above and there's a little window that opens saying 'Universal wants your cookies' or whatever lol

Last I heard she wanted to release Spicy with Orbital but some people wouldn't allow the sample to be cleared. Do you know if it's made Mel's album?

I do not think she is with Universal in the way everyone believes; the copyright on her store and website is still "© Red Girl Productions 2025". I am pretty sure Universal handles a lot of pre-save links/web sales and is the licensing distributor for physical media for her. They did this with Stages (2012). RCA/Sony Music handled Version of Me in 2016, as well. In the UK, Absolute Label Services has been her primary partner since Beautiful Intentions.

It's a shame because I love that orbital remix. It would have done well if it were released.
 

I haven't seen the tracklist. I love that remix and hope at some point it is released. I should also probably mention I don't know if the dom dolla track is for her album or just a dj collab that'll be released next year but they have a song together

She's doing things differently this time. At some point there's going to be a press release announcing that she's signed to a new label, new film (she's gonna be in rebel Wilson's new film) and new music. She still has ownership with red girl but universal is handling everything. It's slightly different. Id say this is major
