Not really relevant. Back in the physical era, labels would stop shipping singles on a track in order to drive people back to the album. Meaning, a low certification on a song from the 90s wasn't necessarily indicative of how popular it was.

She will. She sells pre-orders of songs before anyone has heard them, so even if they are horrible her fans snap them up.
