Ava Max dropped by management

Featured Replies

Ava Max has reportedly been dropped by her management team, MDDN Co., after signing with them in October 2024. She has been quietly removed from MDDN's official Instagram profile, and both parties have unfollowed each other on social media, signaling a clear split. This fallout mirrors the turbulence of her Diamonds & Dancefloors era, which suffered from repeated delays, underpromotion, and inconsistent backing. The back-to-back shifts in representation highlight ongoing instability behind the scenes that may be impacting Ava's momentum in the industry.

I wonder if her tour is even happening at this point bc at top of that it looks like she sold around 20% of the venues :deadbanana4:

In fact i would be worried for the album too. If i was her i would take a step back, cancel everything, do some kind of rebrand and then start over cause things are not looking good at all

please let the album come out at least. this is the beginning of the end though. despite having massive hits, things just never clicked. it's really sad.

I feel kinda bad for her but she does seem very directionless. I feel like Tate Mcrae has swooped in and stole her spot - and is doing it better.

I guess she might be back to singing 30 second EDM hooks for good.

Such a shame.

I think she should be happy with how far she's come with the talent she has, call it a day, and enjoy the royalties of her catalog

there's only two ways out of this;

a raye style trajectory in some years time where she exposes all the wrongs she got served

or

being unfortunate and flopping into oblivion living on the royalties and starting up some weird side hustle business venture to sustain her income

wtf happened to her career in the last couple of years…it feels like as soon as she broke up with cirkut the industry just turned their back on her :rip:

would this be the boyfriend of the Katy Perry dancer? :rip:

Not them dumping her after only 8 months :deadbanana2:

It's sad that she had a great start with her debut but things have been going downhill for a while now and it has to do with the quality of the music too, none of the singles from her new album are memorable

I mean I posted this in the album thread already, but it's really sad to see where her career has gone to since D&D, especially since D&D was a really solid pop album.
