The only way Money, Please me, Press, hot ish, WAP, up, Bongos, Enough and Outside are going to be on CB2 is if Atlantic doesn't think the album will have hits and it can at least go 2-3x platinum even if it flopped after release. Doubt that will happen, though but it would be a mess if 50-11 pre-releases made it on there.

But neither served more streams than Outside so I think they are saying this is her biggest solo since Up was big.

She's not going to trick Atlantic into thinking her album is more successful than it is by adding older songs. If indeed they're expecting some level of success from the album, tacking on previous singles (which they've already made money from) isn't going to change that.

Seems like this is doing decent for her! I like the track too. 
 

Lowkey I feel like it would have done way better on Spotify if the single art had her face on it . It was hard for me to find on the Apple homepage at first bc of it. It reminds me of Disease which I also think suffered from having a nondescript single art.

Who said "trick"? I just know the new label regime over there would be happy to report a 2x Platinum album to their shareholders. When you think about it, Bruno Mars is one of their last BIG acts to not underperform in these last 5 years. We forget Cardi B, Kehlani, Ed Sheeran, and Charlie Puth were also bagging Top 5s and number one singles over there across various charts and radio formats pre-2020/2021.

 

You previously spent money to create and promote the records, and you spent money on visuals. Why not include them somewhere? 

I want this to go T10 on the Hot 100
