this song has potential but there's just so many small stuff that just ruin it

- the second line after "outside *****" should've had a rhyme it makes it so much more catchy

- DIFFERENT BEAT

- the flow when she says "hitting my DM" is so annoying and forced, like it is genuinely the worst part of a cardi song ever. literally ruins the whole flow of the song and it caught me so off guard like I HATE IT

Whatever she releases next, she needs to drop it for the summer. Bongos wasn't a good song and releasing it after the summer def didn't help

I think she wanted to prove that she still has the pull for interest and it also serves as one of the new songs she previewed last fall with the breakup so it's kind of full circle.

 

People shading about it sounding like Up...well that's a signature sound and I suspect this song will be right near up in the tracklisting.

 

I think her actual single is going to be different but it's a good buzz single that also captures her moving on in real time.

 

This song could easily end up the bartier cardi of the album where it serves it purpose but at the bottom in terms of favorite tracks still cute and a bop.
