I like Gnarly as well, but I now listen to it in small doses. Yes, the lyrics are unserious, but as a Black listener, I can only hear them intentionally misuse AAVE so many times.

 

Gabriela is something I can put on loop as it's much easier on my ears and is super catchy - love that spanish guitar. I'm just glad that they're not committing to sonic rage bait for all the singles

The fact the music video has already more likes than Gnarly's in barely 3 days shows how much they've been growing in popularity.

This is good. It's not as flashy as Gnarly which they needed to get people to pay attention.
