143 couldve gone #1 if it dropped now and the kats pulled through with like 2k more sales

Damn those sales are depressing lol. Will this be the lowest sales ever for a #1 album? Rooting for either SZA or Kendrick.

Well no, considering a bulk of her units came from the webstore digitals and those aren't allowed for week 1 now

Nope, but the lowest figures since Lil Durk's '7220' with 47k in April 2022.

 

The overall record is held by the Descendants Soundtrack with 42,000 in August 2015.

These numbers are nothing to be proud of, is the streaming era already over ?

The next release that could bother the chart is probably Sleep Token on May 9th (and obviously the tsunami that is Morgan Wallen is releasing a week later and he's probably will stay at #1 for 254223 weeks).
