This is a rather heated debate that's picking up interest lately and people have... different opinions. So I'm curious to know what ATRLers think

I work out every day and even if I didn't, I'd still shower 2-3 times a day and my skin is still perfectly smooth 

I'm so tired of dirty people telling us all how stank they are. If you don't wanna wash everyday that's fine, but don't tell us all about it.

I'm brazilian

 

idgi how can you go outside and not shower when you get home. i guess if you stay at home and do nothing and it's cold you could get by but still

Ofc, I live in a very got and humid city, I can't go a day without a single shower.

I used to shower every other day but recently I've been enjoying a daily shower

 

I take two per day: one when I wake up and one before I go to bed.

I shower every morning and will shower a second time if I've been sweating a lot. I'm not scrubbing my body to the bone every time though…

 

I don't wash my hair every day though, I'd say like 4 times a week. 

I shower every time I make a post on ATRL

My fiancé is Brazilian and before I met him

i thought once in the morning and once at night was plenty .

Yes, of course.

 

It is very, very rare that I go a day without a shower (and I often take a bath after too especially at night which helps me fall asleep). The only times I don't are the rare times when I'm down for the count/sleeping extensively and home all day, but otherwise I always shower.
