The new version of BOP IT is insane, why was this scrapped? The original demo leak was already great, but this new version is top tier.

Is the PERIOD era officially finish? If so is she recording? or does she plan on touring again next year?

did the tour end yet or does she have another leg to do?

She has Australia and Europe early next year, plus some summer shows. But I don't see why that would stop her from recording too as she always seems to be working on music in some capacity.

ok i got to hear it, the original leak is superior. this new mix (at least v7) sounds hollow. i do like some of the minor lyric changes though. i think if she completely recorded a new vocal take of the whole song for the Jax Jones mix, i think it could have a better flow to match the new instrumental.

edit - v9 is a better edit. i but i prefer the intro from the v7 mix. also why does v7 have such a long silent bit at the end?

wait this demo version of Freedom that recently leaked that has this "all the chakras in my body are aligned and im like wow" was performed on the July 3rd and July 4th shows and i never realized this after listening to the recordings of both shows and the album version????

i also just noticed that the July 31st performance and the Lollapalooza performance (Aug 1) didnt include that section in the performance at all??

Agree with all of this. If Boy Crazy were released at her peak circa Timber, it would've easily been a Top 10 on the Hot 100. It has all the ingredients of Kesha's big hits.

Sadly, it made me realize that between Kesha's main audience aging and not having the backing of a major label will probably never result in a mainstream hit again.
