No hate to Katy, but MAYHEM is miles away. I only take Lifetimes and Nirvana over Killah and Lovedrug; both of Gaga's are better definitely, but I enjoy more the other 2 by Katy.

No need, One of the last albums by an American artist that I will have checked out, is this one.

Sis, the entire album is eurotrash (happy hardcore, house, electroclash, 2000s EDM) themed. These would fit right in with 143.

Artifical: Europop

Lifetime: Any House Hit from Europe

 

 

All of these are where are 143 gets it's sound from. I got more examples too, like this entire mix that provide more context.

 

 

Only a few of the album are remotely modern sounding, and even then, Kraftwerk was shelling out industrial bangers back in the 90s, that could work as inspiration for songs like Gorgeous. The KLF definitely inspired the more trance production of the album too. DJ

Anyone saying Katy is a troll. Gaga was making dance music that she can continue to make in her 70s. While Katy was making bubblegum pop bangers that people will turn on her the minute she turned 30 and they did. I think that's the sad reality
