I know it's not what you wanna hear but there wasn't one! A few of us on Discord who are active in various ATRL games were suspicious and suggested their similarities and level of activity pointed to them being the same person. A few days later, they both were banned and it turned out to be true  oddly enough, he used both of his accounts to participate in the ATRL Song Contest a few years back, so not only was he a dupe he was a cheating FRAUD too!
