the first "attack" i responded with was the post they quoted and if you open the hidden contents you would know it was light hearted (even though it was a reponse to an actual attack) and i wrote that because i knew there was a possibility of it being used to gaslight me 😭😭 and it didn't miss

If valid, the report may result in a warning, though that outcome depends on the specific case. If the report is rejected as invalid, no action is taken against the reported user.

 

Additionally, the email includes a section for moderator comments, providing context or clarification regarding the decision. It was also confirmed that warnings can be issued for frivolous or bad-faith reporting, and at least one such instance has already resulted in a formal warning.

this does not work when one particular user attacks anyone they do not agree with at the moment. they already had beefs with multiple people in this thread, then they got at me even though i've never been anything but nice to them and kindly asked them to stop before they responded that it was okay because they were targeting multiple people

 

if i put them on ignore it will be another user in 2 days then another two in 4 days

can you quote the post in question? again maybe i don't remember, but i only come on here to post my opinion and occasionally respond to others posts but i don't attack anyone personally unless they do it to me for hours or maybe days prior, hope this helps!

This is not true. Other than the notorious aespa antis who i was responding in turn to, the disagreement was totally respectful and I was also informing people on the situation without being catty about it around this time. The first person to throw out a personal attack between me and you, was you. The majority of the "personal attacks" you have accused me of making against you, were subtweeting an aespa obsessed blink.

Let’s bring the focus back to what really matters. The K-Pop thread is meant to be a shared space for everyone in the KRTL community, not a battleground for ongoing personal disputes. While I don’t know all the details, I do know that both Windy Day and Ubermensch have acknowledged their past remarks and issued apologies. That should be enough for us to move forward.

 

We don’t have to be close or even agree all the time, but we do owe each other a basic level of respect. This thread is supposed to be fun, engaging, and inclusive. Let’s squash the drama and keep it that way.

 

If there’s still more that needs to be resolved, please feel free to send me a group PM with everyone involved so we can talk it out privately and constructively.

 

On a personal note, I also want to apologize for not being more present in the thread lately. May is a difficult month for me bc I lost my dad in 2020 and my mom in 2023, so I’ve had a lot going on.

It was the DENIED post I already quoted. You don't get to attack somebody for defending their favs, while also dismissing sexual harassment against her, then say "jk bestie " then pretend to be some kind of force for peace when I don't buy it. I understand that you might be feeling extremely anxious about the political climate in the country you reside in right now, but Karina immediately deleted the post then apologized shortly after, if you want to continue to use her as an outlet for those feelings like some kind of punching bag, then I feel more than justified in responding the way I have.

The way I literally have no idea what y'all are fighting about (which is most of the time).

i'm just asking for them to stop putting words in my mouth about GRAVE issues when i've never said anything or expressed any thoughts about that particular topic without ever apologizing for it when i apologized without a second thought when they already gaslighted me a while ago.

 

in retaliation, they're claiming i'm making insinuations about racism but it's literally impossible not to when they're defending an alleged endorsement of a party that notoriously violently target chinese people, which ningning is, and constantly dismiss the race issue and speak over people who are directly targeted.

This makes sense, I feel like I'm personally just at a point with the group as a whole where I'm more unenthused as comebacks progressively come out. The Armageddon album was laughable for a group of this caliber and their stage performances have consistently gotten more manufactured and put on since Spicy which, to me, was their performance peak. EVERYTHING about aespa in 2023 was exactly what I wanted. They did an amazing tour and put out 4 amazing singles (WTMW, Hold On Tight, Spicy and Better Things). Everything's been a steady downward slope with some major highs to me since. Obviously I love Supernova and Whiplash is a great song as well, but Drama might be the most formulaic girl crush song they've ever done. It feels to me like their image and sound has been progressively watered down since 2022/2023 and they've become more akin to Blackpink in the sense that the image is more important than the music. I've been on board with aespa because of their singing ability and signifigantly high musical output and both of these qualities have taken a big decline (in my opinion) since 2023. Hopefully this next year they can prove me wrong but I just want them to be hungry again. You are very right that this could be due entirely to their lack of rest though, and I am willing to take that into account. They do work very hard and are constantly recording music and prepping behind the scenes (even though we don't see it). I just miss the vitality that they had on stage and hope the members can strum up some confidence and bring that back for this year. 

 

quick edit: just wanted to clarify that many aspects are out of the members control and im very aware of it. i understand that they do not control every aspect of album choices, tour performances, etc. the only thing they are in control over is their performances which, to me, have become more lackluster.

They've personally apologized (including direct messages and posts on this forum) and aired out grievances several times with many users, most of which are over a year old) The same talking points from these 'beefs' only come back into conversation the second they argue with somebody about a completely unrelated topic. At that point idk what you want them to do because those same instances are brought up when there's ANY contention between them and another user in here.
