So… for context, I'm a mid-20s trans woman. I moved schools, and ever since I turned 16, nobody knows I'm trans outside my family and some of my close friends from my old high school. I don't really have a desire to out myself. I live in Germany and I only really hang around woke people, but some of my older (we don't talk) friends are drifting right. I honestly don't get close to anyone who doesn't share my views these days. Whenever I make new friends or get closer to people, there is this weird belief that they would abandon me if they knew. I'm probably just overthinking this, but it feels weird. I know there are mostly gay men on here, but do you guys deal with thoughts like that too? Do you still think those friends are genuine friends?
