like she seems fluent and does well with a superficial conversation but she can't really go there like she does in an interview like this:

I think she said recently she is more comfortable in Korean and thinks in Korean first and translates in her head when speaking English, so maybe that's why. 

 

But for someone who speaks like 4 languages her English is amazing and I think she has done really well with solo interviews. In BP, she seemed shy or just let Rosé and Jennie do all the talking in English interviews, when really her English skills are also great and probably better than she thinks. 

 

Strangely I also feel like she has less of an accent when singing in English than Jennie for example.
