Speaking of Helen, she finally debuted in VVS recently as "Lena".

 

Her company MZMC recently uploaded a bunch of videos from an interview with the CEO, where she explains that she joined SM in 2019 and stayed there until earlier this year (so the rumors were true). She missed out on being part of aespa and when H2H was being formed, Chris Lee decided she didn't fit the concept but felt bad for her, so moved her to a SM sub-label before introducing her to MZMC.

 

It was also revealed that at one point MZMC was going to become a SM sub-label, which is part of how Lena transferred from SM.
