Twice's song was TERRIBLE and way too short. It left ZERO impression. The music video at least looked cute but went nowhere and did nothing. They should have just released an OT9 version of Takedown.

 

Blackpink's song was already trash but sounded somehow worse outside of a concert setting. The music video was weird and low energy. The only good part was the end when they were on the giant spaceship heart but that was like the last two seconds. You could tell Blackpink were contractually obliged to be there and couldn't care less.

 

What an absolute shitshow disappointment from both. I'm actually surprised at how much I didn't like these. And saddened

Ignore Asscatchem  That user's always pretending he's a fan of the groups he hates to get attention. He used to pretend to wish the best for aespa until he started posting hate tweets from accounts that exist to drive hate for aespa. Him going to a BLACKPINK tour is about as a big a lie as it gets

it's good that i can appreciate jump for what it is now they obviously didn't have enough time to prepare for it, judging by the lack of choreography, but it's still a solid release in my book

To me BP singles either sound great and punchy OR like a watered down 2NE1 track. Jump is the latter, which is sad since they could've just ended on a high note with Pink Venom/Shut Down.

Yeah they should've went with the western theme in the VCRs, it fit the vibe of the song while still being a new style for them  Still a fun MV nonetheless but for the title track we need luxury BP back
