I felt the same being bored about the drawn out schedule for a single until they dropped this....one of the great concept films in Kpop I've ever seen. The beat, the Playstation 2 aesthetics, they really know how to hype

I feel the same for TWICE  though I think they stopped teasing for a while because the elections were coming and their concept is blue but still this was more than a month ago:

 

 

I lowkey kinda miss when comebacks were announced like two weeks before they happened because sure teasers are cool but sometimes the teasing is so long you kinda get tired of it. But since pre-orders became a thing the teasers started lasting forever.

KARD kings & queens (and also AKMU) have been out there in the trenches. I just think the co-ed group vibe doesn't create a powerful buying fanbase like BGs (and GGs) can. But maybe Korea will finally change attitudes towards mixed groups

I'm feeling so bored of this era because we got the performance video randomly with the chorus like 3 weeks prior to release. Its so odd. Hope the full song doesn't disappoint and that snipped in the performance video isn't the best part.

Yes, the devil of kpop has been album sales. Everyone wants record breaking first weeks so announce the album 2 months in advance for pre-orders  I really don't want to know/see an album until 2 weeks prior to release. It's tiring. I forgot Twice was even having a comeback

Yeah idk, usually they only tease this long for full albums. Teasing for a month with a performance video etc for a single is very odd and makes no sense. Lets go back to 2 week teasers.
