I wish her team/label/the people around her just trusted her more sometimes. She ALWAYS adds something extra special when she gets more hands on.

Is It Love was A&R'ed by Alex Strehl of Electric Feel. It was a pitch demo originally but Loreen still elevated it in her own way.   Forever was part of writing sessions earlier this yea

  • This is notably better than Warning Signs, which is probably the worst song she's ever released, completely devoid of that artistry we all associate with her name.

wait an album? a double release??

We have no idea at this point :jonny:

My money is on a double release, she's said many times the album is only coming next year

this b*tch keeps on serving bobs after bobs for the last few years:jonny5:

This sounds better than the previous snippet (which sounded generic for Loreen's standards).

I love Loreen and I will never understand her management and their choice not to use the momentum of her winning ESC and commercial potential she had.

The snippet sounds bit basic to me, like Romanian EDM from decade ago.

I really would love something good from her.

Give me dark, dramatic songs where electro is mixed with orchestral, give me depth, give me emotions.

her team sent an email to help them choose which song to be the next single.

Not her revealing more new music in a week than she did in the year post-Eurovision win

Everything but especially the final sentence: :clap3::clap3::clap3:

RIDE was such a masterpiece and an evolution from Heal. It's just somewhat sad to see her musically regress instead of reinventing herself and pushing the boundaries. Oh well...

Honestly I would prefer another HEAL ... in vein of Tattoo, Is It Love (if it has proper bridge),  Euphoria, Crying Out Your Name, My heart is refusing me etc

She said that in 2022

I love that Loreen has been immaculately on the same wavelength musically/sonically as my music preferences:jonny5: if she keeps this up she might replace INNA as my favorite singer/artist. their sonical sound from ~2020 onwards just tickles my brain like no other. justice for EDM in the times of alt singers!

2:49 is the last version submitted.

Thanks! That aligns with what I've seen elsewhere as well

Maybe I'm being delusional but I'd love an album pre-save at the same time. I stg if she does another tour without a studio album released :skull:

The Olafur project is also coming VERY soon so I'm confused where that fits into their plans

I just want information and news :jonny5:

I don't know how to put it in words...I think that compared to Warning Signs it definitely feels like a more complete song but overall, it feels like something is missing. I like the EDM production and the lyrics but it still feels like quite outdated. Like Warning Signs, there is the skeleton of a good song but the final result feels a little bit lackluster.

On the other hand, it's good that she decided to release it so soon. I think it would be pointless to keep it since she teased it with Warning Signs. I don't expect it to smash in the charts but neither does Loreen. I am still looking forward to the album, it feels like there have been some changes compared to her vision from last year.

This is the weakest of all her recent releases for me, despite being at least normal length for a song.

Musically it sounds like demo from INNA from 2010 with Loreen vocals on it.

Very uneventful, very forgettable.

The fact she could give us another Frozen but she give us this.

What a waste of talent, or maybe we all overestimated her capabilities as artists?
