It'll do nothing for her comeback with the GP, remember we're in an echo chamber. There's a reason I'm Good (Blue) got attention, it's a generic summer dance bop that anyone can like and any radio station can list. The only two tracks that can get her the comeback she needs are New Religion or Hysteria, everything else is just cute.

I'm scared for this because I think she was caught between doing the more interesting upbeat stuff, and the slow fairytale stuff her fans seem to beg her for.

If Eurosummer isn't pushed as a single in May/June, I'm gonna be so so mad.

I think the issue with Ava Max is the management teams that work with her never have any kind of unique vision for her. The only thing they've ever tried is that stupid Max Cut hairstyle and that only ever gets you so far.

After listening, this isn't meant for her usual fanbase, and will do numbers on radio in America. Hope the gamble pays off for her...I fear she'll come back with a big bop and everyone will forgive her.

Agree, as much as I love Tove Lo it feels like they've collaborated a million times now (though it's been like twice or something lol). We need something new.
