I'm taking Ozempic for diabetes and I'm still fat as hell. I feel as though you have to take megatons to lose weight.  I want to be skinny so I can get me a manz.

They really need to make better drugs because these girls don't need ozempic to this level. I know they are already making different drugs to loose weight according to each case but they need to hurry.
