I'd have to give it to Victoria and Miranda Cosgrove! 31 and still looking like they could be on their respective shows!

 

I would add Hilary Duff - sheʻs 36, has 4 kids, and still looks amazing (with very little/no work done)

FACTS! I a don't think my two examples had any work done as far as I know either. I know hilary gets small touch ups

I saw a Victoria video this week and she's looking the exact same, i wouldn't tell she's 31 at all

Pretty much everyone that didn't abuse cigarettes and drugs. There's a reason Hilary looks younger than Miley and Demi for example despite being 5 years older and why Miranda and Victoria still look miles better than them plus Jamie Lynn Spears.

Tbh Demi looks really young without makeup, the way she does her face ages her a lot.

Also Sofia Carson, she's the same age of Victoria Justice and they both look younger.
