Angie Nixon is seriously a breath of fresh air in politics. I've been watching her hits on independent media and she is such a good and genuine communicator. It's sad to think she's the progressive candidate that's most likely to lose her race in this cycle but arguably the most deserving. What's so crazy is I watched this entire convo the other night and she clearly didn't mean it in a racial way BUT as soon as she said it I remember thinking to myself "social media is going to clip tf out of this and run with it" And not only did she clarify it in the moment, Waj fully opened the floor on it shortly after and made sure she clarified it again and ensured they both acknowledged that calling a black person a monkey is a common racist trope and that it wasn't being used in that kind of context (but of course that particular clip isn't going viral nnn). As a black person, it didn't come off as a Freudian slip to me given the entire context of her rant was about AIPAC stooges and how establishment Dems perform for their AIPAC masters. But what do I know, I'm just one black person Like you said, they're definitely going to run this one clip into the ground and she'll likely be fired and he'll be even further blacklisted from mainstream media than he already is. I wonder if these same ppl came out just as fast and forcefully against Laura Loomer but I think I know that answer.

I just watched the James Carville video condemning Netanyahu and his government but it didn't exactly sit right with me how he criticized them specifically but not Israel as a whole. I feel like Netanyahu and friends are just the tip of the iceberg and that being evil genocidal maniacs is ingrained into their culture. I've noticed Bernie does this too and limits his criticism to just Netanyahu which makes me side eye him a bit on this one issue. Am I over thinking this? I'm not as well versed on the history of Israel as other posters here so please call me out and correct me if I'm wrong.
