well on the other hand his songs were everywhere during that time and PRA is one of the biggest songs of the decades so

They had a pretty successful couple eras though. And one of the biggest songs of the decade.

 

Anyways I guess whatever the Jackson's next generation boyband was. I don't even remember the name.

Well they got the attention of a whole generation with those two songs so they are far more successful than many other nepo babies 

Ben Platt comes to mind - failed music career, panned acting career. He gets roles because of his dad.

Jaden Smith's acting career didn't really take off either even though Will Smith put him as the lead of After Earth.

Sabrina Carpenter was a big failure up until a few weeks ago too.
