Production-wise tt does have 2013 feel to it (not sure if its good or not)

Yes, it's a remake of this classic.

I love this for her!

 

I feared after ESV/flowers she'd continue down the mass market safe route ala taylor, hungry for those numbers. Seems she's instead taking the chance to just have fun and continue to do her thing. Go miley.

I'll wait for the official release, but I was expecting something entirely different production-wise based on her live redemption.
