The song and video are definitely helping her. The message in the video comes through to people that might've not known what the album is about. It also makes her so likeable again. Like, everyone knows how hard it is to leave someone behind. Also, that Apple interview she did was such a good idea as she comes across as so sweet, humble, cute and a hard worker that it saves her image a lot.

That’s because you’re referencing artists from two to three generations ago  First week numbers don’t matter for streaming artists.

Yes. The music was better than we expected. Yes and? really lowered expectations, so maybe it was a smart move.
