  1. That could be discussed when talking about her outfits and image. But even post-Joanne she has stuck by the LGBTQ+ community.
  2. It's not. They do more but this week was like this and country isn't a super popular genre in France.
  3. It's not that people are used to devour things quickly. Because people still spend time and long hours on Netflix and YouTube. It's that the music video goes hand-in-hand with a song. In countries where people are poorer, music videos are still the go-to format because they can be listened to/watched for free via YouTube but in other countries where people already pay for Spotify, for example, watching the video once is enough whereas before the 1 billion views were people re-listening to the song and not necessarily for the video itself. I have been at many parties in the past where YouTube was being played but since streaming took off no one is playing music off of YouTube anymore so the platform and its music videos are losing a lot of views that way.
  4. This has nothing to do with Gaga. A greatest hits tour will draw more people. Therefore Midnights would've had less interest. People knew about the different eras and it was promoted as such. A regular tour is promoted as part of an album/one era. You lost.
  5. Ok but none of her songs released post-2016 had any significant success on streaming and even her streams were mocked. She wasn't factually a big streaming force until she started coming back with Renaissance. It was even discussed by the Beyhive on how that album put her on the map in the streaming era.
  6. What I expected pressing play on your song: What I got after pressing play on your song:
  7. Not the point. It was presented as a greatest hits tour (which you initially claimed it wasn't) and you thinking Midnights alone would've brought that many people to her shows, especially casual listeners is enough to give us all a nice lil' look at how you probably shouldn't be advised on anything.
  8. No one said that. You said that. Do you think that? Because saying she's done more for the LGBTQ+ community is fair and she has done more for the LGBTQ+ community than most people.
  9. Is spreading misinformation your talent? People knew very well what the Eras Tour was well before the tickets went on sale as even Taylor explained that it was a greatest hits tour: So a pure Midnights tour would probably have done less. Much less at that.
  10. I'm thinking it could very easy to figure that one out. Warner Bros. is a jewish company and she has a contract with them since she's starring in their next movie.
  11. Maybe SNL should hire Azealia as one of their writers because that quote by Lily sounds like parody.
  12. And would a Beyoncé Greatest Hits tour gross more than the Renaissance tour? Discuss and keep it cute.
  13. - Beyoncé (changing the international release date of music, popularizing surprise releases) - Lady Gaga (popularizing fandom names, impact on LGBTQ+ community) - Taylor Swift (artists owning rights to their masters) - Rihanna (younger pop girls' vocals imitating hers, make-up venture) Vote, discuss, digest and keep it cute.
  14. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, is hating on Lady Gaga fair? You don't have to like her music but the woman has done more for your community than most of you will ever do whether it be via releasing an unapologetically gay song that yells out lyrics like "no matter straight, gay or bi, transgender..." at a time when it was unheard of it the mainstream or her still on-going foundation. So are you a hypocrite for hating on someone like her?
