Ed Sheeran with THAT many with only five albums? The Weeknd with three-four albums? THAT many? And Taylor has twice as much but with 14 albums

Ed Sheeran has seven albums and three pre-breakthrough EPs, while The Weeknd has three mixtapes, five albums, one EP, and one soundtrack collection, so both have 10 projects each available on streaming. The Weeknd also has the "Trilogy" compilation featuring the songs from his three mixtapes (+ three bonus tracks) which are slightly altered due to samples not cleared and mixing updates, so his total would actually be eleven.

 

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has 10 albums and the four re-recordings (so 14 projects). From the top 10, Drake seems to have the most of the bunch, with 15 projects (plus scattered stand-alones like the "Scary Hours II" EP and the 2019 one with "Money On The Grave").

Her streams didn’t reset, but I think she only had about 500M streams when her music was removed in 2014. For reference, I remember IKYWT having like 35M streams

Yeah, you're right. But Harry Styles has three albums and is at 20B, so he's probably more impressive than that top five.

I'd say Billie Eilish is the most impressive since she's at 27.9B (sixth most) with only two albums and an EP, but Harry's numbers are commendable as well, especially considering how his debut doesn't have a particularly mainstream-friendly sound (similar to Billie's "Happier Than Ever", but she already had a more consolidated fanbase thanks to the previous two projects, whereas Harry was taking a risk that could have alienated his 1D following)

Harry blew up extremely with his third album. There's a huge chance that wasn't his peak either. The man has women and teen girls on a chokehold and could also be adding straight men to the bunch. He has the potential to be even bigger and to go to #1 on this list.

Although Taylor is the highest but she is not the most impressive really (she has 10 albums and 4 re-recording, that’s 14 projects in total).  Billie with just 3 projects and almost half of Taylor, Adele’ s 4 project at 19.6B among others. 

People here thinking - more albums = necessary more streams. 

 

I wouldn't say Taylor is the most impressive here per se, but putting in context her selling capacity and duration of her career as well, then I can see why we would be calling her pretty impressive (and that's without taking into account her disappearance from the platform for a certain time).

If you’ll come in here to drag taylor in asking you for the 3rd time to check your facts before speaking

 

The discography of English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeranconsists of seven studio albums, seventeen extended plays

 

And considering ed’s last 2 albums barely have 1B streams i doubt having 14 would change anything

 

The discography of Canadian singer-songwriter the Weeknd consists of five studio albums, nine extended plays, three mixtapes, three compilation albums (including two greatest hits albums), one soundtrack album, one live album,

Lead credits make sense, solo credits does not tbh.
