Pure, bright and clear is what Phoebe as in her names means. With her being Goddess of intellect and prophecy. And intellect is surely bright (as in sharp), clear (as in perceiving reality only as… clear as it is) and pure (as in managing reasoning objectively). After all, it was put in parentheses signaling additional/tangential/extra information which I found necessary to put since it is not like she is famous deity like that… And no one was editing the photo.
