Thinking about this I have realized that Cornelia Street is better than majority of the output of most acts that are visible.

It is true, UK (as well as considerable part of Europe) was raised on ABBA and similar genre music which is why dance pop acts of various kinds find more success there than in the USA. That's not to say USA's dance music scene is irrelevant, it very much is, but it is more niche type of music.

Well, they could have listened and evaluated it after the hype and all, but they still didn't. This is offensive, especially since the media navigates and controls micro narratives. Except it wouldn't be the same genre but Taylor going back and expanding to style she is best at instead just like Madonna did with going back to dance roots she firstly started with. That being said, I hope it will be a bonafide of surprise.

Apart from Rosaliá and Taylor albums here, I found all others lacking and non appealing for my preference apart from occasional What Was That repeat here and there, but will try to sit for another round for this I believe.

Pink Clouding and Slvt are the best duo of songs I have ever heard. The lush melodies and her expressive yet airy delivery sound divine. Really like on cloud. I am scared for myself.

I need Loud Luxury on Patient Zero and Pink Clouding. Considering they made 10/10 Ophelia 100/10, I am scared of sparkling effects on those two which are already stellar.

There hasn't been a year since Taylor had debuted that was void of misogyny (this is something that will be always pointed out like half century from now on as a reason why it had been easier to trash her; she is epitome of fluffy pink girl and it is deemed as inferior despite being actually musically gifted) and upward jealousy as time and her success kept unfolding and growing. Nothing that is happening on online platform now is new. Like pointed out, we are all just more internet networked now. It is insane to think that ten years ago she was equally omnipresent music figure. And in the mean time, no shade intended, but all her former peers and other musical acts have simply lost ability to generate substantial hype hence all this frustration. That being said, she ripped her prowess on Patient Zero and Pink Clouding.

LMAO Literally this. Everyone I know and checks her out didn't have time to listen to these new songs (as per usual) on a work day of the week immediately but like in the evening (at least where I am from). But these "detractors" are always first in line. I wonder how and why for real? Lol

No one is defending the album per se though. It is rather clear obvious that Reputation happened after something like Red. But that didn't mean she had lost it despite it being painted as such., Showgirl is happening after something like evermore. And the same thing now is what kept happening with her others albums in the past too. It was never clean situation with some types of the crowds. She simply is not going to want nor confine herself to the same atmosphere/music especially when she is still in public's graces and actually relevant.
