  1. I can't believe people actually thought this for real. I am not surprised that much, however. Her detractors need her to be the version they had created in their mind.
  2. Wish List being the 13th biggest gainer after the wedding. She knows what she has to do for her next album.
  3. It's about the material/songs, not about the actual vocal technique. Like someone pointed out here in this thread already, technically solid and actually strong vocally gifted people exist like sand on the beach and multitude of singing/talent competitions had proved that. But the music is listened to because of the music itself. This is a strange thing to be confused about at this point in life I have to say.
  4. I actually am not sure whether people are trolling or they lack that much sense of anything when they think they are seriously questioning something that's not the case at all.
  5. The cryptic and surgical dissections of lives of the attendees alongside constant perchness in being in this threadโ€ฆ she really is the fifth Beatle. May as well explain the reason for disdain and derangement I had subjected myself too while reading this thread.
  6. They are equally (ir)relevant. That being said, the numbers posted here are not bad per se I suppose for either party, especially Charli.
  7. This is the very much reason of the disdain and mental derangement. They are aware this will be the news. But it has been like that for a while now. Her grip is what truffles them.
  8. He is not music criticโ€ฆ and he is certainly not attracting attention of genuine music lovers for the major part. He is only present because we live in post-fact era where what is actually true doesn't matter, so social media contents like his are more visible.
  9. I was in frenzy while listening to folklore for the very first time. It instantly caught me like madly.
  10. Everything stands for Taylor.
  11. With the risk of this post getting poised to be target for the attack of their respective albums here, but there is not scenario in which I see any other album here outdoes Sudan Archive's and Rochelle Jordan's.
  12. The Knife - Marble House Fever Ray/Karin strikes again. This may have to be the best non-Taylor song sent in this game as long as I have participated in them. This is arguably one of the best 2000s' songs and it is slashing the existential lyrics, the production which joins horror and house in such effectively succinct and spooky way. Love it.
  13. Hunnygloss - Drop Dead Princess, Bossed Up making up trifecta with this one. Drills stronger no matter that we have expected just that in any case.
  14. Claud - Jordan Snail Mail has possessed this song. And then it managed to possess me a bit too.
  15. Janelle Monรกe, Doechii - Phenomenal Not living up much to the title, but to say this would be both expected and not doing it justice. Production is really jittery, amorphous, it makes interesting patterns, so there is some pluses in its peculiarity.
  16. Demi Lovato, Rose Gray - Joshua Tree The knocking beat is there. It doesn't fully shine nor is there many sparks, but it rides a fine chunk.
  17. Fever Ray - Keep the Streets Empty for Me Chromatics aura is strong with this one. Eerie, midnight full on, isolated. Like the existential wire just like in case of Sun Bleached Flies.
  18. Ayesha Erotica, Petey Plastic - Princess It passed me up real fast. Just like in case of Bossed Up, there is some potential here, not fully excavated.
  19. Ethel Cain - Sun Bleached Flies It is sweetly existential and vivid and the production doesn't stutter, so I have felt a bit of catharsis due to it.
  20. Jane Remover - Flash in the Pan This is sticking. Like the melodies, like the delivery, it has ton of a replay-able track.
  21. Quay Dash - Bossed Up Doesn't really much farther than usual sort of braggadocio even though the beat is slicker.
  22. Eli - Girl of Your Dreams A more polished production and could be a radio type of fodder. Bumpy and cute, but still somehow just there.
  23. Cavetown - Devil Town I actually vibe with this playlist succesively getting harsher in scope. I felt detached from the delivery though.
  24. G Flip - 7 Days It reminds me of Baby Queen in certain aspects, and I mash well with her music, so this is peculiarly nice case.
  25. I have dived into group A. Portraits of Tracy - The Party It is tingling and scratching my brain here and there. Enjoying the outro.
