Yes all that and the album still barely scraped 800k sales. Let’s not even get into the WW certs and sales for the “legend”

Outside the United States, most of them are automatic such as in the UK. 

 

And Criminal is certified platinum in ZERO countries outside the US. Plus I don’t even believe it’s eligible for 2x platinum in the US when it didn’t even crack 1M downloads et the peak of downloads. It’s 1x platinum eligible which is clearly bad for a 2011 song.
