I feel like she stopped the facelifts and just taped some of her face. Looks much healthier

It’s difficult to tell between the two photos taken at different angles with different lighting.  However, it looks like a facelift combined with dissolved fillers and possibly removal of fat injections.  A surgeon I watch on YT thinks she had fat injections into her face instead of normal filler, which is usually difficult to remove/reverse, but it’s possible if you have the money.

 

Regardless, she looks amazing in the new photo.

Fillers are silicon, are metabolically inert and can, under extremely unlikely circumstances, enter the lymphatic drainage system of the body and float/move to unwanted regions, specifically a big blob in the head called the cavernous sinus. which is where a lot of blood clots/traveling clots can originate, ICU doctors would absolutely have it as one of their first priorities to address it. Not a lot of enzymatic processes can digest silicon in the body so that's probably why she was advised off of it.
