Problematique is more cohesive but Feed The Beast has much higher highs.

Problematique is much more cohesive. I feel like if TMLAH was removed from the tracklist, the album would have had a better flow.

Both mid albums overall. Kim’s pretty much done, and serves her right, when you stand for nothing you fall for anything. 

It depends. Problématique feels more cohesive as a Kim body of work while Feed the Beast gets the job done covering all of her strengths. It lacks cohesion but it is supposed to feel like a playlist.

 

I love both equally but as a longtime stan, Problématique gets the edge.

 

Problematique > Feed The Beast

 

FTB feels and sounds really empty. Problematique is fun, catchy and nostalgic. neither is groundbreaking but Problematique is way more listenable and enjoyable than FTB.

This. FTB also has lower lows.

FTB but Problematiqué is a more sonically cohesive record.

 

Had Problem kept Revelations, Coconuts, Hit It From The Back and Future Starts Now I’d say it would be a fairer comparison.

 

Still, the best songs she released this year - King of Hearts, Uh Oh, Minute and Claws are all on FTB.

Feed The Beast is a huge mess but has Uh Oh, King of Hearts and Claws.

I always liked Problematique better, songs I loved the most off the new album are from Problematique
