From the pop girls its Mariah, Shakira and Miley. Mariah is not a good performer but ive always found impressive how shes simultaneously one of the strongest vocalists of all time and a very skilled songwriter. Its usually either one or the other.

She has her stylistic songwriting i guess  but shes a terrible performer, subpar singer, etc etc

She was in the 90s-early 00s. Currently, not at all, but she was so captivating back then with her voice alone (and she had some cute skits and dances in the late 90s).
