MATM kinda sucks for a Madonna/Britney collab. You'd expect something much more exciting out of that but it's literally deluxe edition cut material. Plus it was released around the time Madonna started the American Life era and Britney didn't really have consistent single success in the US at the time. As for Scream, it feels big tbh. It just didn't become a classic like other Michael songs.

It's Christina. ATRL gives ha a lot of flack but she's very talented and has one of the most diverse discographies by a pop girl. Stripped, BTB and Bionic sound nothing alike for example.

Lowkey yes. Smile is a really good pop album (i would say it's her best actually) but the rollout was all over the place. All of this would've been useless tho cuz what makes her career way beyond saving rn is the 143 (deserved) fiasco

I think he's wrong but he has every right in the world to give the album a 1/10 and people are allowed to prefer 143 over this. It's called musical taste. Music is a form of art. Art is subjective.
