Has Deuxmoi ever been right about something?

Featured Replies

In the world of celeb news, few gossip accounts, if any, have risen to the top as quickly as Deuxmoi. Their "official" anonymous tipster account on Instagram has been informing fans for years now with what seems to be inside info about our faves, their upcoming music, and more. But have they ever been truly accurate in their predictions? Many have claimed to have seen most of Deuxmoi's tips before on Reddit or other fan accounts, and it can be difficult to parse the real from the fake at times.

Many people claim that everything is bogus, that everything seen from that account is just rumors and speculation spread by bored, lonely fans. Yet many people think otherwise, as their followers keep growing and more and more people keep believing whatever is said.

So, have you seen something posted by Deuxmoi be right? Are we at a point in society where there's a need for an anonymous, quasi-trustworthy source for pop music-and-beyond gossip, or is it all just smoke and mirrors?

Deuxmoi? I dont believe in her. She lies a lot and is highly problematic.

But the people in Fauxmoi on Reddit are always spilling tea and secrets. So many of those turned to be true
Yll should check the "I have tea on"  Real good. :gaycat4:

I don't follow them but I don't think they've even been right about anything... I don't get why stans keep trusting their "predictions" :rip:

They were the first to start the rumour about Gaga being in Joker

Nope. Nothing they've said about Britney has been correct for years any way :skull:

Also, people need to realize that Deuxmoi isn't the source. They just get submissions and post them.

A stopped clock is right twice a day, yet somehow deuxmoi can't even be right that often

Didn't someone admit to bullshitting some tea and they posted it? I don't doubt that they've gotten a few things right before, but whoever runs that account doesn't seem to vet their sources very well. The fact that the fan-run subreddit is often more reliable :rip:

a word

the one time I remember them being right was when they posted that Camila Cabello was seen crying and asking for "movies to watch after a breakup" on a plane. they broke the Shawnmila split before anyone else this way, I think.

other than that, a lot of bullshit.

if they are, its a blind item thats been circulating already that someone put together and got lucky and ended up being right.

I remember they teased Bruno surprise dropping LTDO before it was released when no other insiders mentioned it

They also teased that a female was gonna drop a single titled “Birthday Girl” as their comeback single. Turned out it was about Lizzo but she must’ve scrapped it as a single since it was a song on her album

She was right about Ariana dating Ethan Slater. I remember how surprised I was that DM finally got accurate tea after TMZ confirmed it.

They've been right about many(big) things but that's like 20% of what they post.

I refuse to believe Deuxmoi after she said Joe and Taylor had a private wedding.

1 time out of 10 maybe but they never get any major beyoncé tea right

I follow them for the sunday spots mostly, I think it's fun to read, but other than that..

Sometimes they have been right, but one thing is reposting people's submissions and another thing is making a whole podcast reporting what they call facts thanks to their "100% reliable sources". Sometimes things are a bit ridiculous to be true in my opinion. I would stick to reposting if I were them.

Also I think fake news/speculation about work, releases etc. are fine, but when they give out private information that they claim to be 100% real it's way too much, they feed into toxic narratives of fanbases

they had the tea about Christina Ricci in Doja's new music video. I think the receipts are in the Demons thread. but they are right a lot of the time actually.

I'm confused by the comments because Deumoix usually has real tea

She posted a blind and Demons with Christina Ricci before it was announced.

Yes, they shared a lot of stuff that's been confirmed

It comes to my mind that time last year when they shared that Jack Antonoff and his now wife harassed FKA twigs on some hotel and a few days later a lot of trades confirmed the story

Not often, and her ratio of being right to wrong is hilariously bad, but she was recently right in regards to Taylor announcing Toronto, Miami and New Orleans tour dates — the only detail she had wrong was that she said there would be 10 Toronto dates, and so far there’s only been 6
