That's... weird ? Why adding two random new songs on a previously announced tracklist when she could just add them on a deluxe version with more songs (in case she falls short in terms of points for the #1).

When artists drop a deluxe very close to the standard version people barely go and listen to the new songs. It's better to just add the songs to the original tracklist imo and then if you want to do a deluxe, you do it after a few months. When she dropped the planet her deluxe on monday it barely helped, if those songs were in the original tracklist they would have much more streams now
