I'm assuming the song got pushed back to next week because it doesn't make sense why she isn't promoting the official second single.

Nothing posted at 12Pm est.  There is no chance she is just going to randomly drop the second single.  

She either postponed this or they just decided to go for bad idea right?  as the official 2nd single

maybe today is just for the official announcement

You can if you make it clear that they are just promo singles adn you don't release them to radio.
