One In A Million is the era where she really solidified herself, so I’d pick that as her strongest work. 

I voted for I Care 4 U which probably isn't the best single but it's definitely my favourite song from her. Try Again must be her best single success wise.

At Your Best (You Are Love) is by far my favorite.

This is always so hard. Her discography really stands out despite only having 3 albums and has countless gems, even on her debut. 

Rock The Boat / Aaliyah

 

I always go back and forth, but her top 3 is easily "Try Again", "We Need a Resolution" and "Rock The Boat" for me 

"One in a Million" and Aaliyah. I feel like any one of her singles could be released today and be a smash. Her music is aging like a fine wine; she's, more or less, still very much a blueprint for newer R&B artists.
