The GP and Rihanna has forgiven him it's only ATRL that still harps on about something that happened 14 years ago. Rihanna has moved on.

I don't know about forgiven but the GP & industry have moved on

Rather than forgiven, people have moved on.

Shaderoom type people and industry people (who do the same and worse, or have lost their moral compass if they ever even had one) forgave or never cared in the first place.

Shocking to see HER on the list. She  stay lying trying to convince fans she’s female empowerment. Very disrespectful & disappointing.

i think that people just moved on. his continued success and collaborations with others indicate that people don't care / moved on from that.

99% of whatever these celebs claim to be is just a gimmick. It's whatever they can do to create a fan base and generate coin.

Yes, if you’re popular and people like your creative output you can get away with literally anything.

If R. Kelly and Bill Cosby had been popular and active into modern times, I’m sure people would have forgiven them too

There’s nothing for me to “forgive,” he hasn’t done anything to me

I doubt he feels contrite for anything he’s done though!

How is it shocking? Dont you know they collabed already:rip:

What is with ATRL's weird obsession  with this men? Each time this topic comes up, the same answer is given.  Like the rest of world moved on, Chris Brown being a feature for other artists is not worthy of concern.

I'm confused why are you surprised or even shocked, and why single out Nicki out of everyone. You literally got Rihanna, H.E.R, Brandy and Rita Ora on the same list.

I think most people have forgiven him, hence why he just had a sell-out arena tour, but he definitely still gets a lot of hate.

I don't think forgiven is the right word....the incident definitely changed the trajectory of his career and he lost a lot of GP appeal because of it and the constant bad press that followed. That being said, there are plenty of people who don't consider themselves 'fans' or 'supporters' of Chris Brown but are willing to consume his music if they like the song. So in essence, many people have moved on but his career continues to be hindered by his problematic past (and present).

I never understood how Rihanna forgave him and yet her stans stay attacking him and anyone who says positive things about him (except their fave ofc)…
