Hello everyone, here is a fun little thread for tonight. 

 

Do you think Muffy Crosswire would have been a BTS stan? Here are my points as to why I think she could be:

 

1. She has all the money in the world at her feet essentially. She's able to have her own game room, an entire collection of World Girl dolls, Polly Locket dolls, a clubhouse with a ton of goodies, a water bed, etc. etc.  

 

2. She has Bailey do things for her all the time (read for little kids, make artwork for her art show, shop with her, etc) 

 

3. She was a huge fan of the Backstreet Boys back when they were still relevant to the GP (they appeared in the 2002 special "It's Only Rock N Roll"). So she has a history with loving boy bands. 

 

4. She takes on leadership roles quite often: she promoted the Elwood City Turns 100 play, she turned the Tough Customers into a singing group briefly, she turned the Jungle Gym into a photoshoot area, she ran for a mock election (and goes onto become a Politician in the series finale of Arthur), she turned the playground into an amusement park, etc, etc. She could easily run a crowdfunding for BTS sales as a result. 

 

So, would Muffy be a BTS stan or would she stick to Backstreet Boys (or maybe One Direction?)

She'd more likely be a One Direction fan and probably hate KPop

I dont know which kpop group but she would definitely be a photocard collection type of girl.

I don't think she's at Franz level unless she spends $50,000 of her own money and dismisses her class while heading to buy new credit cards.

Francine is more of a Pop Punk/Alternative Rock girl. I see her liking Green Day or Blink 182 or Paramore or Avril as she gets older. 

 

Sue Ellen on the other hand, maybe. But I see her also wanting to listen to all genres: a bit of Afrobeat, a bit of kpop, maybe some other foreign language stuff from Sweden, etc.
