Looking through these, I'm afraid to conclude that yes, Circus was a huge comeback for Britney 

We shouldn’t praise something that she was forced to do against her will.

Britney has the worse playlisting of all MPGs and an non-existing team. These are ok streams for two songs from 2008 that aren't even among her most remembered.

They must have picked up very recently though judging from the total plays. Circus isnt past 300 million but doing 200k daily

It was more of a last hurrah than a comeback or return to form. Womanizer was a cute mid-sized hit, the rest of the era wasn't that memorable or noteworthy.

 

It's my absolute favorite Britney era, she ate!

Yes it was a great comeback. Not as huge as TEOM but still great. I think the overall CSPC difference between TEOM and Circus is 2M-3M anyways.

Yes. Womanizer, Circus, and IYSA were all massive pop hits. 

Yes she was EVERYWHERE during this era. 

Yes. It was massive. 

Her comeback in 2008 was about far more than her commercial success. I’d argue it’s the most impressive comeback ever. Not the most successful one. Her next comeback will be even more impressive though. 

I couldn’t call it a comeback, since it was so soon after Blackout. So it was more of a return to form for me. 

It was a success

Yes, the album sold relatively well, had smash singles, and a huge tour, I would definitely call that a huge and successful comeback 

 

As others have said too though, it feels more like a return to form. Blackout didn’t do as bad as people claim 

 

 

Yes, the album lacked some longevity cause she didn’t promote it after release day at GMA but it was a very big comeback to having GP support.

The Good Morning America performances were on another level, but no, it was not a great comeback.
