After flopping for almost a decade, Miley was written off as a MPG but managed to prove people wrong and is currently re-peaking with ‘Flowers’. Gaga also had a cute lil repeak with Shallow after several years of flopping. So, do you think there’s a chance that the ‘Birthday’ chanteuse will make a comeback and rule the charts again? 

With the right song, yes.

Yes. She's too big of an icon to be counted out.

I mean who would’ve thought a Miley lead single could do numbers like these so who knows

Absolutely yes. Her next album will smash! 

Miley was always considered talented and has live performances to prove it, Katy is perceived as a joke.

Katy can always have a hit and she'll always have an audience rooting for her, but I honestly don't think she has what it takes as an artist to have a proper re-peak or full-fledged comeback. Miley spent the entire Plastic Hearts era working to prove music listeners she is a talented vocalist and versatile artist able to successfully reinvent herself.

 

Not to mention people never really cared about Katy as a celebrity to the same level they care about Miley. People liked her music, but the formula stopped working and she wasn't able to bring anything new to the table. Although Katy has dropped some great pop tracks like Harley in Hawaii, her music feels very one dimensional.

Katy’s idea of what it takes to make a comeback is growing out her hair and belching over Euro-beats not even ARTPOP Gaga would touch.

 

Miley’s comeback was fueled by earned respect due to great music (Plastic Hearts) and great performances. Katy has never and will never be capable of this since her appeal was reliant on being young and desirable to get the best songs. Now that younger girls have taken this spot, she’ll remain a relic of the early 2010s.

Yes.. isn’t she like the 12-15th most streamed female daily despite allegedly not being relevant for the last decade? Shes still being consumed clearly 

I doubt it. It just doesn’t seem like music interests Katy anymore.
