I've noticed from watching korean tv shows that their house exteriors are always so ugly while the interior is pretty/well designed 

I can see Lucas going solo but still being in SuperM since they’re not really meant to cater to the Korean market. Western fans may not care about the scandal as much. At the same time, because he still has a reputation, I don’t see how going solo will work out for him. If anything, it would just be a ploy to keep him from messing up NCT/WayV’s brand.

Space is a premium and this is the most efficient way to house people. 

 

But I'd say the inside is quite meh as well. The rooms and interior design always looks so messy and/or bland.
