Rina said her remix was really inspired by Unforgiven so the earliest these remixes could have been planned is when the album was already out it's chrew.

Hanteo reports sales from stores, Circle reports company shipment. With such a huge discrepancy, it sounds like a "they shipped it but it got shipped back" kind of situation.
