I think SM 3.0 has clear plans to go back to typical SM promotional tactics e.g. pushing the face for a lot of CFs, lots of individual activities, instagrams, etc. 
 

That’s literally been the main thing holding them back. The desperation to keep everything they do as 4. They were gonna suffer the same fate as TWICE when it comes to exhausting public image because you’re not promoting individuals enough

Let's not forget that everytime her name was brought was for how much she was bad in the live show while she lipsyncing. And the time she was live she was a whole beat behind the pre-recorded vocals.
