Just as well because you won't be getting that reassurance in real life 

The userbase is very confident. Nowhere else on the internet would the users reply to others to brag about not reading the content on the website they're on.

They are also rather motivated, even if it never lasts long. I love that a lot of the userbase often rally around a cause whenever a celebrity they don't like is involved and it harms that celebrity. You'd see groups of people becoming hardcore activists overnight and then completely dropping it days later.
