I’m in a similar situation, our new management at work sucks and I’ve hit my limit. However it’s my first and only professional occupation I’ve had since graduating college and starting my career 4 years ago so it’s kinda scary going through this for the first time 😭 if you don’t mind me asking how did you keep your peace of mind when quitting and not knowing whether you’d find a better company/job? I don’t have the balls due to fear of ending up somewhere with a worse culture or being unemployed

Damn I wasn’t aware of it until reading this 🥴 It doesn’t excuse some of the messy things she’s said but dealing with a loved one’s schizophrenia diagnosis at 10 and still making it out to be a functional adult of society while amazing music along the way is insane and impressive. I have more sympathy for her and truly hope she heals cause she has so much more potential within.
